[Ewrt-devel] re-writing nocat.conf

Hi Brandy, it looks like nocat.conf does not get re-written to disk when
a change is made to the Nocat administration webpage.  The workaround I
have so far is to reboot the router.

Can you confirm this on your end?  How difficult would a fix be?
