Hello,
Right now to change the splash page you need to alter some of the
contents in ewrt/src/router/splish/htdocs and build a kernel.
Eventually this will be customizable via the web interface.
You can write to /tmp while running the ewrt firmware. One trick is to
make symlinks to that area for content you want to be dynamic.
