I guess that it would work ... However we are already running a medium sized
network with NoCatAuth installed, and are not using Radius.  Thinking about
it, the Radius solution would just mean that we would add a Radius server
and point it at our same LDAP directory.

Right now, the NoCat gateway uses GPG to 'sign' the communications between
the Auth server and the Gateway.  This is to ensure the authenticity of the
'commands' to open the firewall for the user.  Some of this is described

It almost (yeah ... I hope!) seems that this is the core missing component
in NoCatSplash.  I was going to hit the NoCat mail list and ask what
happened to NoCatSplash and it's progress ... And see if Schyler had a
reason for not moving it forward ...
