Roll in three fixes from bugs found during the OSCon party install:

1)  Add du and df to busybox (requested by Don Park of PersonalTelco)
2)  Remove a timestamp check from the OpenSSL makefile that breaks the build
3)  Add a sleep before starting nocat in services.c, which broke nocat startup
    for some users
